Dhaval Panchal is a seasoned professional whose journey intertwines law and real estate. After graduating from San Jose State University in 1990 with a Business Administration degree, Dhaval furthered his education at the New College of San Francisco School of Law, earning a JD in 1993 with a focus on Real Property Law. After private practice, he joined the San Francisco City Attorney’s office, contributing to contracts and intellectual property matters. After retiring from the legal profession, Dhaval assumed leadership at MHP Hospitality, leveraging his legal prowess and business acumen to guide the company’s growth through strategic acquisitions and new developments.
Tevin Panchal currently serves as VP Of Business Development for MHP Hospitality, responsible for new acquisitions and development. Outside of MHP, Tevin manages Corporate Partnerships at Plug and Play. Plug and Play is one of the most active early-stage VCs in the world. Tevin is responsible for market expansion across the United States and India. Before Plug and Play, Tevin was heading up the Go-to-Market strategy at Airkit, an AI-powered startup to create customer service applications and experiences. Airkit was acquired by Salesforce and became part of Service Cloud. Tevin graduated Cum Laude from Washington & Lee University with a B.A. in Business Administration, a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Tevin also was a member of the Men’s Basketball Team where he earned the Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award.
Sean Curtis serves as the Chief Operations Officer for MHP Hospitality. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and procedures for all MHP Hospitality properties. Sean believes the true essence of a hotel lies in its people, who serve as its most precious asset. It is the dedicated team members who embody the heart and soul, shaping the distinctive guest experience. Seangraduated from San Jose State University.
Zankhana Panchal is the VP of Food and Beverage, and she leads the team’s strategic direction regarding hospitality and real estate partnership opportunities. Zee’s experience includes extensive management finance and accounting operations, asset management, processes and systems implementation, and enterprise profitability. Zee’s hospitality career began in the 1990s when she worked for her family’s business, Econo Lodge. She worked through the hotel’s ranks, learning the ins and outs of each department and developing a passion for the hotel business and the hospitality industry at large. She then leveraged this experience to transition into restaurant development. She worked at Quiznos Corporate, opened up a few of her own restaurants, and became a corporate trainer. She worked closely with the financial team and helped develop a better way to manage food costs for franchisees. She continued working with various brands and became a Regional Area Developer for Salsaritas, a Tex-Mex concept based out of Charlotte, NC. After relocating to California Zee continued to bring her experience to MHP Hospitality. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, dining at various restaurants, and spending time with family while raising her twin boys.
Raiyah Panchal is serving as the VP Of Sales & Marketing for MHP Hospitality, where she oversees all marketing and sales initiatives, leveraging her expertise in marketing and relationship building to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Outside of MHP Hospitality, Raiyah works as an Account Executive at Google helping grow businesses through digital marketing solutions. Raiyah has had a wide range of roles throughout her 5 years at Google and is a product and marketing expert. Before Google, Raiyah worked directly with the VP of Marketing at a robotics startup in Silicon Valley to help grow its digital footprint. Raiyah graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Strategic and Corporate Communication, minoring in Entrepreneurship
